First charge lines up with the next slot after your mandate confirms. 🛠️Can I change my payment date?▸ Yep — pick one of the four dates above. Drop us a message (left) and we’ll switch it for the next cycle. 🔁Payment failed — now what?▸ No stress. GoCardless automatically retries shortly. Make sure funds are ready and watch your email for the retry notice. Tip: if it keeps failing, send us your name and postcode — we’ll check the mandate. 🏦How do I update my bank details?▸ Ask us for a secure update link. We’ll send a fresh mandate so you can swap accounts safely. 🛑How do I cancel?▸ Message us using your sign-up email, or cancel the Direct Debit via your bank. We’ll confirm the end date and switch off access. 🛡️Am I protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee?▸ Yes. If a payment is taken in error, your bank must refund you immediately under the DD Guarantee. 🧾Do I get receipts or VAT invoices?▸ Receipts go out automatically after a successful payment.
